Critical Success Factors for e-Learning as a Service: An Empirical Study of e-Learning Business in Thailand

In order to identify success factors for e-Learning business, I apply the Updated DeLone & McLean Information systems Success Model (DeLone & McLean, 2003) as main framework of the study. Other additional factors are added to the original model to test other related factors that may influence customers’ decisions to buy or enroll to the e-Learning service.
