Senior project selection system allows the students to select the topics that they want to do as their senior projects. Then, the system will match the topics for the students. The faculty started to use this system in semester 2/2016. In semester 2/2017, the system was updated to version 6.1.2 which includes some new features, such as
– automatic topic-student matching
– withdraw team members
– send email to remind advisor and committees to assign score and upload final report (only to those who have not done)
– disable scoring after grading is complete
– assign grade “I” to students who have missing score(s) or final report
– print grading report
– print extra payment report
– print pre-registration report
