Satisfaction survey helps the organization to know the feedback from people who participated in the events or used the services of the organization. The results can be used to improve the services of the organization in the future.

VMS Satisfaction Survey is the web application created with only one question per survey and use 5-point likert scale to ask the satisfaction level from people who participate in the events or use the services provided by the faculty and instructors. This single-question-survey is suitable when the time for data collection is limited. The tools used to develop this web application are Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, php, and MySQL. The functions of this application are listed below.
– Survey can be in English or Thai.
– Labels for satisfaction scales are displayed regarding the specified language.
– Expire date is used to check whether the survey is active.
– QR Code is provided for participants to use their own device to response.
– Respondents can tap on the satisfaction picture to response.
– Summary of a survey is displayed using pie chart.
– Comparison of 2 or more surveys is displayed using bar chart.
